reporting service to field agents across a

Once again based on the philosophy of only
delivering a service which Shergroup has
built from the bottom up, the new focused
reporting service combines the power of
a mobile phone, with software from Voxsmart,
a web database and digital transcription
to provide a complete “field to desktop
solution”.
Used initially by Sherforce Enforcement
Officers across England and Wales, the system
is now being deployed to other field based
operatives who can dictate their report
from site, send the voice file offshore
to be transcribed by Shergroup Outsource,
and then see the report quality controlled
and in the database within a pre-set service
level.
The system can be used by any type of field
based operative including police officers,
other emergency service officers, surveyors,
bailiffs, sales representatives, on-the-road
account managers, and a host of other field
based professionals who need to be able
to get their reports dictated and delivered
with tight timeframes.
The system saves the hassle of getting
back to base, or even sitting down at home
to input the data or dictate the report
waiting for it to be returned.
